Yunus Aliş: Since World Health Organization declared the Covid-19 virus as a global pandemic, the world has been struggling with all its might to prevent both health and economic risks from deepening. China in the first place and then the outbreak of the crisis in some European countries such as Italy changed the route of many international buyers to less risky Turkey in the elevator market. We can say that the upward rise in exports in July is an indicator of this. In addition, new sectors that emerged during the pandemic process, companies initiating studies on Performance Evaluation Systems, Productivity and Integrated Production were the factors that increased our market share for us.

Yunus Aliş: As DELTA, we always have a solution-oriented approach to our users and recommend the most suitable product for them. VFD-ED series elevator drive has advanced features, competitive price and supporting key safety standards of Turkish market. We plan to convey both our brand and the features of our VFD-ED elevator drive to our users in the industry in the best way possible. We aim to provide our users, VFD-ED drive, power supply, encoder and other products.

Could you tell us about the problems you encounter in the elevator market and your solution suggestions to them?

Ali Naim Küçük: Increasing competition environment have forced the elevator market to segmentation that produces "price-oriented" and "high performance" solutions.
