INTERLIFT 2021

interlift 2021: World's leading trade fair for the elevator industry on course for successEconomy is starting to recover - not very rapidly and not in all sectors of the economy either, but at least: the low point seems to have been passed through, as indicated by important indicators such as the latest ifo business climate index.

Interlift, the most important international platform for the elevator industry, seems to be completely unimpressed by the worldwide recession, which was also caused by a pandemic. About 200 registrations have been received by the project management, including almost all leading suppliers of elevator components. This means that interlift is currently even slightly above the level of the previous event -after all the most successful edition of this trade fair to date. Understandable: In times like these, decision-makers like to play it safe - and for the international elevator industry interlift is their "safe home",so to speak - their "Home of Elevators". This is where they reach top international decision-makers: 87%* of visitors are involved in investment decisions, 37%* even decide on their own! This is where they make new contacts and conclude direct deals.

2021 - trade fair year of superlatives!

Since the lock down in March, only one elevator trade fair has taken place worldwide - and there won't be another one this year. All the more reason for the trade fairs to crowd into 2021 – there should hardly be a month without at least one elevator trade fair.

Exhibitors and visitors will have to think very carefully about which trade fair they can attend or attend. This also applies to the interlift team, which in contrast to the last few years will only be present at very few events. For this, the three interlift representatives Hanan Wang (China), Angela Vinci (Southern Europe) and Bülent Yilmaz (Turkey, Middle East) will be available as contact persons. Of course this also applies to the proven interlift team Joachim Kalsdorf, Sandra Geissler and Winfried Forster.

Planning of the exhibition halls has begun

Thanks to the excellent response to the participation documents sent out at the end of February (as a download at www.interlift.de), it was possible to start planning the exhibition halls in August as planned. The same areas will be occupied as in 2019, including the two temporary exhibition halls 8 and 9, one of which will be used exclusively by Wittur as before.
