Mik-el Elektronik Achieved Its Targets in 2024, Will Focus on Technology and Export in 2025

Despite challenging economic conditions, Mik-el Elektronik successfully completed its targets in 2024. Seizing opportunities with R&D, technological investments and strong local market strategies, the company will focus on bigger targets in 2025.

Although high inflation and exchange rate fluctuations made exports difficult, Mik-el Elektronik gained a cost advantage thanks to its R&D investments. While maintaining quality with the improvements made in the U-STO Integrated Elevator Control Unit, the sales team successfully transferred these innovations to customers.

Continuing to grow domestically, the company strengthened its cooperation in the Middle East, North Africa, India and South America markets, in addition to European and Balkan countries. Adding Finland to its export portfolio in 2024, Mik-el Elektronik aims to grow further in this market in 2025.

The company, which experienced a significant transformation in 2024 in terms of technology investments, integrated the Mik-el Mobile Service application with artificial intelligence. It also completed the IoT-based remote monitoring system infrastructure and plans to activate it in 2025. The Mobile Hand Terminal developed for U-STO will be introduced at Asansör Istanbul Fair.

For 2025, although growth is expected in the domestic market, valuable TL policies are expected to make competition difficult for exporters. Turkey's elevator exports decreased by 13.7% in the January-June 2024 period, with trade contractions in Russia and Ukraine cited among the main reasons for this decline.

Mik-el Elektronik will continue to make a difference in the sector with smart elevator systems, IoT-based monitoring solutions and artificial intelligence supported service applications. It aims to strengthen customer satisfaction and reach a stronger position in global competition by increasing its investments in technology and international markets.
