Yet, our main focus is to provide our customers with complete elevator solutions. As we carry out more export-oriented works, we plan our package elevator service down to the smallest detail and offer it to our customers with high quality.”
Expressing that their priority as Vital Asansör is achieving high quality and customer satisfaction, Güden stated that in this context, they prioritize quality rather than price in their products. The elevator requests submitted to us on the basis of project-based works enter the production phase after the project is designed. Productions suitable for the project are completed by us. The elements that are not produced in our factory are searched by our engineers and the most suitable products are procured, thus completing the project. It is then shipped to the customer as a complete package.
Our company continuously improves the necessary infrastructure and production standards in order to provide better quality and faster service to our customers. Laying utmost importance to every stage of production and post-production technical support, our company steers the R & D works by taking customer satisfaction into consideration.”
