Vital Group Successfully Completed 2024, Sees 2025 as a Leap Year

Vital Group completed 2024 with growth despite challenging market conditions. Operations Director İsmail Çavdar stated that they took strategic steps against shrinking demand and intense competition, optimizing production processes and reducing delivery times to three weeks. He emphasized that they see 2025 as a leap year for the company.

In the second half of the year, the company strengthened its competitive advantage by focusing on digitalization and process optimization. Taking strategic steps by conducting SWOT and risk analyses, Vital Group stated that the advantage of fast delivery is underutilized in the sector and focused on quality and cost balance to make processes more efficient.

Increasing its energy efficiency and waste management efforts as part of its sustainability goals, the company will carry its policies to reduce its carbon footprint even further in 2025. Environmentally friendly production processes and efficient resource utilization have become one of the company's priorities.

For Vital Group, 2025 will be a period in which digitalization investments will further strengthen. Having completed warehouse automation, CRM and MES integrations into the ERP system in 2024, the company aims to expand digital technologies to make production processes more efficient.

Aiming to grow in exports, Vital Group manufactures in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 and TS EN 81-20 standards to increase its effectiveness in the international market. It plans to develop long-term business partnerships by completing the necessary certifications in target markets.

Stating that speed and agility will be decisive in the sector in 2025, Çavdar said that it is critical to invest in flexible production and quality workforce to increase competitive advantage. Vital Group aims to continue growing with innovative production models, customer-oriented strategies and global partnerships.
